Description

• Made with local grains cultivated specifically for them, Woodinville distillery mashes, distils, and barrels their own whiskey in Woodinville Washington. Barrels are trucked to Central Washington, where the extreme temperature cycles help extract flavor. 

  The barrels themselves are made of staves that are open air seasoned for 16 months before being coopered.
