Fourth in a five part sherry series, the whisky has been matured for four years in bourbon casks followed by six years in fino sherry casks.
A nose of blood orange, brandy snaps, vanilla custard and tinned fruits. The palate has cinnamon sugar, fresh mint, praline, morello cherries and lemon curd emerge on the palate. With a finish of key lime, cola bottles and maple syrup round off this dram.
