Red Spot 15 year was finally re-released in 2019 after much anticipation. This single pot still Irish whiskey is aged for over 15 years in a combination of ex-bourbon casks, Spanish sherry butts and Sicilian Marsala wine casks.
Notes of cooked apples and cherries mixed with toasted nuts on the nose.
The palate is full of fresh fruit, pepper, barley, and oak with a spicy fruit finish.
