• While plans for a fully functioning distillery are in progress, Mosswood whiskeys are hand-picked from other distilleries though out the world, and brought back to the facility to be barrel aged and blended to create new and unique flavor profiles. Their current base is a seven year-old Light Whiskey, with a mashbill high in corn, aged in used bourbon barrels. Once this whiskey has matured, it is finished in a barrel that held a cold brew coffee. As a result, the whiskey has notes of milk chocolate, roasted nuts, red fruits and coffee. The finish is subtle yet bold, with hints of coffee balanced against a sweet undertone.
