Description

• Deep black in color, it’s ideal for cocktails and perfect for drinking cold from the fridge. Crafted with the indigenous Malvasia grape planted by Vinyes Mortitx, it macerates for months with botanicals selected by La Vermutera. These include both Mediterranean such as wormwood and lemon verbena, as well as classics such as rosemary, grapefruit and cloves.

  Appearance:  Radiant dark brown.

  Smell: Expressive aromas with hints of sweet fruits such as orange and raisins, and a depth of more bitter fruits.

  Taste: Very well-balanced, elegant and palatable. Sweet at the beginning, with a bitter and dry aftertaste.
