Their dry gin has an herbal, earthy quality to it, followed with a complex mix of citrus, floral notes and a touch of pepper. It has an incredibly dry finish, with just a bit of burn from the alcohol on the back end. A gin that can be sipped on its own if need be, but even more delicious in a martini.
