• Jefferson’s bourbon is made in very small batches. It is comprised of four different Kentucky straight bourbon whiskies of different ages that are married together. This gives the whiskey a lot of complexity and balance while maintaining the consistency needed in a bourbon. Light on the nose with a sweet raisin scent, this is a full-bodied whiskey on the palate with notes of mild oak and caramel, red and citrus fruits with a vanilla finish.
