Our winery, prior to the time of the occupation of Spain by French troops in the early 19th century, maintained a good business selling quality wines to French officers under the name of their emperor.
According to traditional methods, Amontillado Napoleón is made from grape must of the Palomino fina variety, carefully cultivated in white albariza soils, highly prized for obtaining very fine, high-quality musts.
