Description

• This wine comes from Chardonnay vines located in the south of Burgundy, in the village of Corcelles. The soil offers a mixture of clay and limestone deposits. The vines are oriented towards the North - North West, which allows a slow maturation and the conservation of acidity.

  Thanks to the terroir and the vinification method, we find in this crémant lemon aromas, freshness and a nice roundness. A long and pleasant aftertaste accompanies fine bubbles. Beautiful golden straw color, quite clear.
