• Dingle Gin is made in County Kerry, in the South-West of Ireland. Their carefully selected botanicals, amongst others, include rowan berry from the mountain ash trees, fuchsia, bog myrtle, hawthorn, and heather for a taste of the Kerry landscape. Botanicals are macerated for twenty-four hours before distillation. Once distillation has begun, the spirit passes through a flavor basket in the neck of the still. This gin is made with a fierce and friendly sense of pride and provenance. Great on ice with a slice of orange.
