  • Our rye whiskey is a 3 1/2-year-old coming in HOT at 120 proof! It was distilled and bottled by Mountain Laurel Spirits in Bristol, PA, which is about 132 miles south of Scranton PA.

    It has a mash bill of 80% rye, 5% malted rye and 15% malted barley. All the rye was sourced from Bucks County, PA. The farm where the rye comes from can be traced back to William Penn, the founder for the Pennsylvania Colony and is still operated by the same family today!

    The whiskey was aged in a new 53 Gallon American White Oak Barrel with a #3 char was manufactured at the McGinnis Cooperage in Cuba, Missouri. They stored the whiskey in a 100 year old textile mill and is 4,000 sq ft.

    With all that being said look forward to an earthy spice, floral nose. It’s solid front to back balance. You get dry black pepper on tip, cinnamon center stripe with a malted edge. There is stone Fruit on roof of mouth with a long soft finish.
