• An Italian bitter liqueur made from 13 herbs and plants. Predominant amongst these is the artichoke, from which the drink derives its name. Cynar is dark brown in color and has a deep bittersweet flavor. Cinnamon, quinine, dark green vegetable and root beer notes make this a complex liqueur that’s perfect for an after dinner digestif.
