The topography in the area allows these grapes to ripen perfectly, with little vintage variation.
This wine is fermented in stainless and then aged under fleurette (a thin layer of yeast) in 100-year-old foudres (large wooden tanks).
Dont let the tinted bottle fool you. This wine is pale pink with a hints of cream, cherries, strawberries, with a balaced acidity and dry finish.
