Description

• Rum is made of a blend of Coffey and pot still rums, each aged separately by batch and type of still in ex-Bourbon barrels. After being blended together, it is rested in oak vats for an additional six months.  Chairman's Spiced rum begins as their Reserve rum steeped with a local Caribbean bark, Boi Bande. Local spices and fruits (cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, vanilla, allspice, lemon and orange peels) are added over the last six months. This is a balanced and rich rum!
