Akashi-Tai is a true artisan sake, handmade in small batches by master brewer Kimio Yonezawa and his team using traditinal methods and the highest quality ingredients.
This Daiginjo Genshu is made with 100% Hyogo produced Yamadanishiki for both Koji and Mash. A brew master watches over the koji for 72 hours without sleeping to ensure the finest quality.
Elegant aromas of honey, lily and pear, Delicate flavours of white flowers with a suble hint of anise. Has a Lemony Dry finish.
