Description
Made with 80% rye and 20% malted rye. Rested in a 3rd degree charred oak barrel for four years and bottled at 59.7% abv. This single barrel rye delivers violet, toffee, and allspice on the nose. The palate is full of candied pecan, vanilla, dried apricot, and white pepper. There is an excellent balance between sweet and spice, with great length on the finish.
