Independent bottler Hunger Laing & Co presents us with this 12 year old single cask scotch from the Dailuaine Distillery in Speyside. It was distilled on June 2006 and bottle on July 2008. Finished in a sherry butt. Only 588 bottles produced.
Tastes of caramel, vanilla cake, and red berries. Lingering pepper on the finish.
