• The people behind Cleveland Whiskey are more a technology company than they are distillers. They're also wood nerds that aren't afraid to explore how different types of wood affect a bourbon. Since a lot of their woods are impossible to make barrels out of due to their grain structure, they had to create a different way to age these whiskies in these types of wood. They created a sort of pressure cooker to do this. Purists might turn a way but if you're down for a little adventure off the traditional path of whiskey making, your tastebuds will be rewarded. 

  This bourbon is aged for 6 months in new American charred oak barrels before being aged by science and infused with all the spices that make you think of Christmas! It's great on it's own and would take any eggnog drink into the outer limits of human comprehension.
